General Rules of Conduct

The Islands Moorage Residents and Owners

Residents/Owner

Due to the closeness of individual properties, and the fact that walkways and other moorage property is held in common by all owners in the Islands Moorage Homeowners Association, we must have rules to govern the use and enjoyment of living in The Islands Moorage.

The following are not the full extent of the rules but are a brief description of some that everyone should be aware of. The Association hopes these rules will also show an expected standard of conduct for use of the property.
